Does PayPal aloud crypto exchange?
No, PayPal does not allow any crypto-currency exchange as it is written in their TOS.
But for avoiding the limitation and protect both sides, service uses the protection algorithm: you will receive funds with different amounts, invoices, and item names from different accounts. So PayPal can't track that you have received funds from exchanging.
What kind of PayPal account should I have?
No matter is your account will be Personal or Business, you can use any type.
First of all, your PayPal account has to exist and be fully verified. Otherwise, our service does not responsible for any loss and issue due to this.

We do not accept the refund for payments that are already on your account.

Also, you can try to speed up the releasing process by choosing this payment was received for "virtual goods or service". Your payment can be released in 7-11 days instead of 21 days.
