These Terms and Conditions determine the agreement between You (Customer) and HiRiBi.com service (Company), concerning the use of HiRiBi P2P technical platform. By using HiRiBi.com you accept all Terms and Conditions of our service.

An individual (verified or not verified) visiting HiRiBi.com agrees to follow determined Terms and Conditions. The following document describes ways in which we provide our services, it explains the rights and duties of the Customer as to the access and usage of the services performed by HiRiBi.com company.

It is important to read and review Terms and Conditions below. HiRiBi.com reserves the right to change Terms and Conditions periodically. HiRiBi.com complies to inform users about all amendments made in Terms and Conditions at the next visit.

The revised version of HiRiBi.com terms and conditions will take effect from the moment we post it on the website HiRiBi.com. HiRiBi.com clients agree to continue using our services and their HiRiBi.com personal accounts according to the changes applied.

• The Customer is responsible for providing valid and accurate information needed to process and complete payment transactions (pp email). HiRiBi.com takes no responsibility for the payment transaction if the information provided by Customer is incorrect.
• The Customer must be informed that transfer of funds to a wrong pp email as a result of providing the incorrect payment instructions by the Customer might be not reversible and HiRiBi.com takes no responsibility for such payments.
• HiRiBi.com is responsible to complete transactions on the website HiRiBi.com. HiRiBi.com is responsible to complete transactions after 3 confirmations from BTC network and not more than after 12 hours. So basically, all requests completing in 1-12 hours, not more. Guaranteed. If you don’t get your funds after 12 hours after 3rd confirmation passed please contact support.
• The payment of services provided by HiRiBi.com is carried out by the Customer according to HiRiBi.com service rates. HiRiBi.com has the right to change these rates when it is needed.
• We fix the current rate for 15 minutes. If you have not send coins in time in 15 minutes, we will recalculate rate at the time of the transactions will add in Blockchain.
• HiRiBi.com doesn't send payments to third parties. All payments can be sent pp account or cryptocurrency account that belongs to the person placing the order.
• HiRiBi.com is not responsible for any loss or damage, resulting from a providing wrong pp account  or providing pp which is just registered(fresh, not-aged), not verified and without any transaction history.
• HiRiBi.com is not responsible for any holds providing by PP resulting from a providing pp which is just registered(fresh, not-aged), not verified and without any transaction history.
• HiRiBi.com is not responsible for any loss or damage, (limiting your account) resulting from your PP activity, how you spend and withdraw money (this side is all on you, we can't control or monitor your pp activity) also if you are providing wrong pp account  or providing pp which is just registered(fresh, not-aged), not verified and without any transaction history.
• You can't make refund of our payment before contacting support according this.
• HiRiBi.com is held liable for any additional fee charged from the customer by PP.
• Time frame for each order is described in confirmation email which is sending after successful request creation as in the FAQ section. User agrees that orders are completed within set time frames.
• The Customer has to read and agree with TOS page on our website HiRiBi.com.
• If amount of exchange request in sell order is more than 100 USD then order will be sent via few separate payments to avoid PP anti-fraud system. It’s done for safety reason.
• Customer can make as many requests as he wants per day.
• HiRiBi.com has right to have regular software and hardware system maintenance. During technical maintenance access to accounts can be partial or website can be fully inoperative. HiRiBi.com is obliged to inform users about the technical maintenance in advance. The announcement about technical maintenance has to be placed on the website in the section “News” or directly on the main page.
• HiRiBi.com is not responsible for emerging force majeure, when the Service can stop its work for indefinite time frame. Examples of force majeure situations include: natural disaster, power failure, failure of hardware or software system equipment HiRiBi.com, hacker or virus attack on system HiRiBi.com, system overload, serious disorder hardware device or software system equipment, serious failure of hardware or software system, loss of Internet connection, violation or breach of the protection of electronic communications networks or its safety, damage to the Account, the Account virus attack, etc.
